CyPro Consulting Ltd
CyPro Consulting Ltd is a UK consultancy that advises organisations on cyber security. When AI tools meet personal data, leaders tend to ask the same things: what counts as a breach, who must be told and what to do first. This guide answers them.
Why it exists
One place for the facts
The facts sit across legislation, NCSC guidance, vendor research and press reports. We pull them together in plain language for directors, IT managers and data protection leads.
Accuracy
Sources and dates
Each statement links to its source on the sources page. Where a primary source such as legislation or the NCSC states a fact, we cite that, and we use news reports only for what only reporting can tell us. Where sources are silent or disagree we say so. The home page shows the date of the last review, and we revisit the content whenever the guidance or the story changes.

Worried this affects you?
If data has leaked through an AI tool or an exposed AI database, the first hours decide how much is lost and what you must report. An incident response team helps you contain it, work out what was exposed and meet your notification duties.
